The EMC2 cluster, partner of the European project Grade2XL, is delighted to invite you to this new webinar dedicated to Principles of Absolute Environmental Sustainability Assessment.
We observe that the environmental pressures caused by human activity increasingly challenge our planet. A number of researchers have therefore aimed to identify the capacity of the earth to embrace those pressures. They identified nine, so-called planetary boundaries that represent the carrying capacity of the planet and that should not be surpassed in a sustainable world. In this webinar we present how we can assess whether our products and systems stay inside these boundaries and thus are “absolute sustainable”.
